Upon the evaluation of the project coordinator, if the applicant is found to be eligible, than BAP signs a work contract which specifies all the provisions regarding salary, travel support, leaves of absence and vacations with the prospective researcher.

The only required document at this stage is the copy of the applicant’s passport identification pages. If the applicant is abroad, BAP then sends a signed and scanned copy of the agreement via e-mail for initiation of the visa procedure.
