Document requirements

Please submit following document via post/courier.

1. Application Form

* You can download from our website: https://global.uos.ac.kr/iice/learn/program.do

* Please circle either 15days / 1week

2. Certificate of Enrollment OR Transcript

* We accept both original and copy, but we recommend to send original.

* Please send document in either English or Korean.

* Consular Certificate is NOT required.

3. Copy of Passport

Deadline: July 1st (Summer 1 week and 2 weeks), November 10th (Winter)
