ITU Draws Significant Interest at EAIE 2025, Europe’s Largest International Higher Education Conference
ITU participated in the 35th European Association for International Education Conference EAIE 2025), held in Gothenburg, Sweden, from September 9 to 12, 2025, and was represented by 88 Turkish universities under the "StudyinTürkiye" pavilion. Sümeyye Şimşek and Merve Dursun from the International Relations Coordinatorship team represented ITU at the event, Europe's largest international higher education gathering.
İlker Astarcı, President of the Turkish National Agency, Sefa Yahşi, General Coordinator of the National Agency, and representatives from leading universities and educational institutions visited İTU's booth during the conference, which brought together universities, academics, and international education experts from around the world, especially in Europe. During the visits, bilateral agreements, student and academic exchange programs, joint projects, and new collaboration opportunities were discussed.
